Preparing for your World Premiere Hosting Event

1. Equipment Needed: DVD Player, Digital projector, a large screen and a quality speaker system.
2. Facility: Ensure that your facility can accommodate your targeted audience size.
3. Suggestions for Promoting the World Premiere Weekend:

• Newsletters, Flyers, Emails, Website listings, Bulletins and the Media are great promotional sources.
• Place flyers grocery stores, book stores, libraries, community centers, yoga centers and your city or town's local web sites.
• Utilize the press release provided to access the following media:
      a. Contacting your local radio stations to set up interviews
      b. Writing articles for your local paper about your event
      c. Enhance your event by bringing in local experts in the field or entertainment.
      d. Co-produce your event with other local like-minded organization

5. Weekend Schedule: You may show Yoga Unveiled as many times as fit your schedule on the weekend. Please be sure to keep an accurate listing of attendees as an accounting of your attendees will need to be included with your ticket sale remittance.

What you will receive (Two Weeks) before the World Premiere Weekend:

1. A DVD of the Yoga Unveiled Documentary (plus a back up copy)
2. An envelope to:

• return your check or money order to the Yoga Unveiled organization
• send in the completed attendance form (to be provided)
• return the DVD copies
  (The envelope with the above contents is due to our office no later than April 15, 2006)

What we will provide your organization:

1. Exposure: Maximum exposure for your organization and your event on our website.
2. Promotional materials: press release and posters (please see links below)
